Michael Hiltz is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Nevada with over 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Early in his career he specialized in the development of multifamily housing utilizing tax credit financing (LIHTC) and syndication in Pennsylvania and Texas, Property Management turnarounds/rescues of regional neighborhood shopping Centers, and failing multifamily developments as well as Landlord and Tenant Representation of retail, office, industrial and Specialty Use clients and transactions.

His current focus is the Opportunity Zone in Downtown Henderson NV, Charter School Site Acquisition, Leasing and Commercial Sales of income producing properties in addition to Leasing throughout Henderson and Las Vegas Valley.

Michael, a 21 year resident of Henderson is Co-Owner/Managing Broker of Signature Gallery Homes and SGH Commercial Advisers. He is a seasoned skilled negotiator and advocate for his clients. Michael prides himself on the relationships he has established with the City of Henderson, City Council and Mayor’s office. Michael is an active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC) and serves as a member of HCC Political Action Committee (Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee (IMPAC).

Michael and his wife Trish Nash enjoy international travel, cycling and their 2 dogs Lulu and Brighton.
