Jack is currently a Realtor with IProperties International. Prior to joining Iproperties. Jack served as the Interim Director of the Henderson Space and Science Center. Jack was elected at large to the Henderson City Council in June 1993 and re-elected for his fourth term in 2005, representing Ward III. As a council member, Councilman Clark served with the mayor and fellow council members as the legislative branch of the city. He served the entire Henderson community, which was named in 2006 by MONEY magazine as one of the top 20 places in the United States to live. Jack retired from the Henderson City Council in 2009.

Jack is a native of the Henderson/Las Vegas area. In 1981, he graduated from the Arizona Technical Institute, with honors in Computer Science. From 1983 to 1986 he served with the United States Army in the Military Police Investigation Division. He joined the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 1987 and retired in 2011 as a detective/polygraph examiner.

In addition, Jack served on the Criminal Justice Advisory Council, the Southern Nevada Gang Task Force, and the city of Henderson Redevelopment Agency. He previously represented the city on the Civilian Military Council, The Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Henderson Boys and Girls Club, and the Southern Nevada Workforce Investment Board. Jack was a Founding board member of S.A.F.E. House, and the Henderson Space and Science Center.
