Rich Manley is the owner of TechVanta Business IT Solutions and possesses over two decades of diverse business IT experience, holding numerous industry certifications.

Rich has earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Redlands in Southern California. Prior to starting TechVanta, Rich served in a variety of roles, including IT Network Manager at Lake Las Vegas Resort, Senior Sales/System Engineer for Intuit IT Solutions, Senior Systems Engineer for IKON Technology and Microsoft Exchange Administrator for California State University Fullerton.

In 2010, Rich was proudly elected as a Board Trustee Henderson Community Foundation, serving as the Technology Committee Member.  He is also a graduate of the Leadership Henderson program, a highly competitive and exclusive program through the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.

Rich is involved in the Henderson community as a founding member of Henderson High School Leadership, a program for high school juniors in Henderson.  Rich relocated to Henderson from Southern California in 2005 with his wife, Hope, and their first son, Jack.  Their second son, Carson, was born in September 2006 in Henderson.
