Grant Morris DODDS

David is a partner at Grant Morris Dodds. In addition to handling the estate planning needs for some of Nevada’s wealthiest families, he also regularly speaks and writes on the topics of trusts and estates, taxation, and asset preservation.

David has an AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubble and has been named as one of Nevada’s “Legal Elite” by the Nevada Business Magazine. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude), from the University of Utah with a Master of Accountancy, and from the University of Houston with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. Before attending law school David worked for the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.

David places high priority in giving back to his community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Nevada State College Foundation Board, is on the National Advisory Board for the Southern Utah University School of Business, is a Trustee for the Henderson Community Foundation, sits on the Vegas PBS Planned Giving Council, and serves as founding Chair of the Gift Planning Advisors.

David is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Utah.
